Can't install Creative Cloud on my computer following hard drive wiped clean

Hi

I purchased a Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year)(MONTH) in Nov 2015, paying £12.38 per month, which has been duly debited out of my account each month for 3 months now,

& the 4th payment due shortly.

Last week my computer failed to boot and after much trying, had to take into to PC World who sent it away. It was returned fixed but the contents of the Hard Drive had been completely wiped clean of any and all software including CC.

I logged into the Adobe site this evening thinking I'd simply re-download the software onto my computer.

When I log in & look at 'View your products', its lists my plan as 'Creative Cloud Free membership', inviting me to upgrade to paid CC Membership!?!

& when I 'View your Orders', there is no record of my order in Nov 15 -

& I can't see how to download Creative Cloud (that is NOT a trial version).

Help Please?

Are you 100% sure you are looking at the correct Adobe ID?

Or did you use a different (school?) ID for your subscription?

In any event, you need to contact Adobe directly

Thank You John - I am a donut!

Initially I'd set up an account in my name with the intention of buying the subscription for my daughter.

Your comment "Or did you use a different (school?) ID for your subscription?" made me wonder if I'd subsequently set up

as second account in her name to buy the subscription with - which I had!

Thank you for taking the trouble to reply :-)
