Can't Install Creative Cloud/Photoshop on Chromebook-free trial

I've been trying to install the free trial of Photoshop on my daughter's Chromebook, but it sends me an e-mail with a link, but clicking the link simply sends me the same email! She has an Adobe account set up, and the pop up blocker is off, running an updated version of Chrome. Not sure what else to do? Research indicates this should be able to run on the Chromebook but we seem to be stuck in a loop. No errors given.

Thanks for any help!

I was not aware that Photoshop would install on anything other than Mac or Windows

-System requirements for Cloud Programs... scroll down and check each program
