Can't install Elements 2021 on new computer

Question

I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 last month, and downloaded it via disc onto my computer. Now I have a new computer, and the disc is not an option. I'm trying to download it from the browser, but it won't let me, and keeps telling me I have to buy it again??

If you registered so your serial number is tied to your account

-Log-in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products

OR

Buy an external DVD drive... about $25 on Amazon

PS - downloading is what you do to copy a file from an Internet location to your computer, installing is what you do from a disc or by using the file that you download
