Can't install Elements on my PC

I am trying to install Photoshop Elements on my PC. I meet all the requirements listed on the Adobe site for RAM, Operating system, screen resolution (1280x800)

I have tried installing from the dvd and from files copied to my PC. After I sign into adobe I can't get beyond the screen pictured.

    Are you able to expand that window?  Have you tried hitting the Enter key when that window is displayed?

    I tried to expand. I also selected the English option and hit Enter
