Can't install elements / premier elements 13

when running .exe program, it says "The file archive part of adobe photoshop elements (premier elements) is missing...    I understand that this may be a common problem.

    Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. Is the problem common? I don't know, but the usual answer is "Put your files in a place other than Desktop and make sure you have full access."
