Can't install extension

On my Mac (M1 chip) Big Sur, I am not able to install any plug in´s or extensions. Can anyone help me?

I think your issue is related to a known issue as discussed in the blog mentioned below. See if this is resolved by updating the CC Desktop app, as mentioned in the blog the fix should either be out or just around the corner
