Can't install extensions

Hi! 

I'm trying to install a few extensions to illustrator and photoshop (Moleskine and Zazzle), and it says they're installed in my extensions page, but will not show up in the application. 

I've tried Anastasiy, which throws a 602 error, and command line, which just does nothing. 

I'm working under an Enterprise account at my school, and authenticate via google and jumpcloud. 

Any tips? I'd love to get these installed so my students can use them.
