Can't install Illustrator and Photoshop

I've acquired license of "Adobe Complete Plan" which includes license both for Illustrator and Photoshop, however I could not install, download these applications.

I tried two methods, one by looking into "my application and download" where I could find "Creative Cloud", "XD" or "Fresco" with download button, but could not find any download button for Illustrator nor for Photoshop.

Second, I tried to download through Admin, and set a pacckage including Illustrator and Photoshop. Download had started, but PC says it takes "more than 12 hours", so I came back to my PC after 12 hours and only found it had failed.

I'm writting this from Japan, so please be noted that all the original PC massege is wrritten in Japanse and I'm only literaly translating tham.

I'd be pleased if someone could give me some answer.

Thank you very much for your support.

We found that the speed of our internet is quite slow, and I've tried to download at home where I found a successful download. I'll take the downloaded data tomorrow to our office, and I assume we can solve this situation.

Thanks a lot for your reply!
