Can't install Illustrator or any other adobe program

Hi everyone I just recently updated my macbook to the latest macOS Catalina. I've been trying to install the latest  Illustrator/Photoshop from adobe but it remains stuck on 9.8%. I'm guessing its because its not compatible yet with the latest OS? Anyone else having this problem?

    Hi. Have you tried uninstalling and installing again the Creative Cloud desktop app?
