Can't Install InDesign Because of TRANSPARENCY.RPLN Error

I just downloaded the free trial. On startup I receive the following two error messages.

Cannot load the DYNAMCDOCUMENTS.RPLNB plug-in. It is dependent on the TRANSPARENCY.RPLN plug-in, which failed to load. Please check the documentation for the TRANSPARENCY.RPLN plug-in.

Cannot load the SVG EXPORT.APLN plug-in. It is dependent on the TRANSPARENCY.RPLN plug-in, which failed to load. Please check the documentation for the TRANSPARENCY.RPLN plug-in.

What should I do?

make sure you have a 64bit compute with win 7 or better and otherwise meet specs, System requirements for Adobe InDesign CC for Mac and Windows OS
