Can't Install... Kind of.

So, like. What happens is that I go to the Creative Cloud website and click "Download", right? And then, a file: creative_cloud_set_up appears. And then, the first image appears. Then, it loads to the second image. And then, after it has finished loading, it disappears. And I dunno what happened to it. I was waiting for it to like install. But nothing popped up. I start the whole process again. But sometimes, it says that there's like an error.
