Can't install older Photoshop Version on Win 8.1 PC

Hi all!

My Photoshop CC 2014 suddenly stopped working on my PC with Win 8.1 ( Error: Browser or OS too old - I installed the latest Explorer & Edge, but that didn't work ). So I updated Adobe Creative Cloud, uninstalled the old Photoshop and wanted to install a newer version.

Now I am only offered the latest version ( 22.51 for Win 10 )  and it is not compatible with my operating system Win 8.1!

I don't have a selection point for an older version! In the settings I have also activated the button "Show older apps". But I still don't have a choice for an older version!

So how do I get an older Photoshop version installed for my Win 8.1?
Hope someone can help - thank you in advance.

David

Adobe no longer supports TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Please check your system that you're enabled the Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 protocol.

For more infos take a look here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html#faq

If you're using Win 7 please upgrade your OS and install the MS Easy Fix.

Update to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 as default secure protocols in WinHTTP in Windows (microsoft.com)

Also upgrade your browsers to enable TLS 1.2 connections.

Here you'll find the direct download links of the CC 2018 versions (supported Windows 8.1)

BTW: Windows 8 is an very old operating system and isn't supported by Microsoft. That means there are no more updates and patches anymore. Security leaks doesn't be fixed.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo
