CAN'T INSTALL OLDER VERSION OF PHOTOSHOP CC (2014 instead of 2022)

Hi,

I CAN'T INSTALL OLDER VERSION OF PHOTOSHOP CC (2014 instead of 2022) through the Creative Cloud (it shows as available only the previous versions of PS2022).

Is there a way to go back to previous versions? I need them on a specific machine working with plugins not updatable only compatible with older PS.

IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a DVD
