Can't install or update ONLY Illustrator

Hello,

i hope someone can help me with the following problem:

First me and my workmate weren't able to update ONLY Illustrator (all other CC Apps updated without any problems).

After clearing the Windows Temp and user Temp folder I uninstalled Illustrator. But now I have the same error message and I can't install Illustrator:

We deactivated the firewall and anti virus software, but nothing helps.

Unfortunately no answer from Adobe since 1 week. I really need Illustrator for work and we have no idea why ONLY Illustrator doesn't work.

Could somebody help?
