Can't install photoshop CS5 on second computer

When I try to install CS5 on a second computer it askes for the CS5 serial # and next wants the serial of an upgrade or gives the option of installing a trial.  I contacted support who said I only showed one active CS5 which is on my old computer.  They gave me two web addresses to try to install the new copy.  Neither address worked and gave me "not Found"  I tried on both Chrome and Firefox in case one was the problem.  I need both copies during the transition from the old CPU to the new one.  Support told me to ask the Forum  for help.  Both CPUs are Dell and run Windows 10.  I get the software from the origional disc and not from the web.

Your CS5 sounds like an upgrade.  So you will need a serial number from the qualifying version, probably CS4.

Log-in to your Adobe account below.   Hopefully, there's a record of your old serial numbers.

Thank You Nancy.  Your suggestion led to a search to find an old CS2 manual and then a hidden CS2 disc.  After installing CS2 the CS5 installation is proceding.  DSB

Do you have the qualifying program installed on your 1st computer?

    If yes, Lost information https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/Find-serial-number-without-Adpbe-ID/td-p/7769446
    - page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows
    - when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer
