Can't install Photoshop Elements trial.

When I start the installation, I get a window that can't be mazimized with a couple of questions in it. There is supposed to be a CONTINUE button below but I don't see it because the windows is too small. What can I do?

    Ve2cjw what version of Photoshop Elements are you installing?  If you are installing Photoshop Elements 2019 on Windows 10, then please make sure to install using an administrator account.

    I am trying to install Elements 2019 on Windows 7 64 bits. Can't maximize the window so can't click on CONTINUE and pressing the RETRURN key does nothing.
