Question

Can't Install Photoshop, Error 113 and Windows error 12175 in DLM

I've done everything in the 'install' troubleshooting. I've checked my connection with Adobe and it's fine. This has been going on for months. I got a new machine and checked to make sure it is the only machine Creative Cloud is active on. I installed Lightroom Classic with no problems.

I get error 113 when attempting to install Photoshop. In the DLM it says Windows error 12175. I've tried everything I know to fix this. I turned off auto detect proxy servers. My machine is Windows 10, I've even tried installing a previous version of Photoshop but that gives me the same error. This seems to be a common issue, but I haven't seen a resolution for it

ChuckGViolin, Error 113 occurs because the computer is unable to contact our servers. I reviewed the activation history for your Photography plan and we have never received a request to validate the status of your membership. I do see that you began the membership on January 21, 2020, but that is all.

If you are using an individual Creative Cloud membership, then you will need access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html. If this is not possible, then you will want to look into a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise membership.

I would also recommend having the computer reviewed for viruses or malware. If you have been able to somehow use Photoshop or Lightroom CC since January, then I am at a loss to understand how you were not forced into trial mode. With an annual plan, you can only be offline for up to 99 days, but again no request was ever received so the 99 days never began.
