Can't install Photoshop on OS X 10.13.3 [was: I can't download Photoshop]
I have downloaded Photoshop to my laptop and it runs fine. I cannot download to my desktop. I have a mac running 10.13.3. I have tried on Google and Safari.

OK. Forget the link I gave you earlier. It only applies to CS6 and earlier.
Have you installed the Cloud Desktop application?
Download Creative Cloud desktop app
Install that first then use it to install Photoshop CC.
