can't install photoshop to a second laptop, help?

I have a question and I need some help

I bought the Adobe CS6 in October 2012 and downloaded it to one of my devices

and today I was trying to download it to another device of mine but it said the link had expired after 30 days (so november last year)!!

I thought I could download it to several devices and I didn't know the link was valid for only 30 days because it didn't mention this in the e-mail ..

I mean its not possible that I payed almost 1000$ and now I cant download it anymore when I've only downloaded it once!

Please any help ?
