Can't install Premier Elements trial

Hi,

I tried to install Permier Elements trial, but I got an error code 195, which said min OS is 10.12, but I am running 10.15.7. Can someone help?

macOS 10.15.7 is Catalina which is almost 5 years old.

You need Monterey (macOS 12), Ventura (macOS 13) or Sonoma (macOS 14 - current).

If you're running a 2019 Mac, you can do a free upgrade to Sonoma by following the steps outlined at this link

min os is 12, not 10.12
