Question

can't install premiere CS6 from creative cloud

Hi, I'm looking to install Encore and have tried to follow the CS6 install instructions.

I've read the instructions about selection "previous versions" in the CC app, but when I choose that option, Premiere Pro doesn't show up.  I only get Edge Animate CC, Extension Manager, and gaming SDK.

(64 bit Windows 😎

Thanks,

Aemilia

Get CS6 Apps from Cloud Subscription:
-----------------------------------------

Download previous versions of Adobe Creative applications -
http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/download-previous-versions-creative-applications.html

Normally the CC Manager will not list applications if the machine does not meet system requirements, so you should check your machine against the software requirements to make sure they agree.

Premiere Pro - http://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html

Sorry to disappoint, but that can't be it.  I have a 5960x processor running at 3GB, two GTX Titan Black graphics cards, and a 64 bit system.  This thing eats After Effects for breakfast.

Additionally, I already have Audition, and Premiere Pro CC running on my machine.

Any other ideas?  That link does describe the process of how to install apps, as I mentioned, the creative cloud app manager doesn't give me the option to see any CS6 apps.

If you have a Complete subscription to the Cloud then you should have access to most of the CS6 offerings (or do you not have a Complete plan?).  I could suggest reinstalling but I like recommending that as much as you like hearing it.  Try contacting Adobe Support... since it is Cloud-related maybe they will support it (what they do and don't support is apparently a moving target).  They might be able to tie into the machine and see  what's what.
