Can't install the Creative Cloud App on new Mac mini with M4 Pro

Computer configuration：

Mac mini 2024

CPU / Apple M4 Pro

Memory / 24GB

 

OS information

macOS Sequoia 15.1

 

Error occurs every time at 0.9%, with error code 1

But the same installation package can be installed normally on another computer of mine

Memory / 8GB

macOS Sonoma 14.1.1

    Hello,

    I have same exact problem with my new MacMini. Error 1 after 0.8%

    Mac mini 2024

    CPU / Apple M4

    Memory / 24GB

    OS information

    macOS Sequoia 15.1 --> 15.2 (makes no difference)

    Is there any update on this issue? Thanks!

      Xinc, I'm sorry you can't install the Creative Cloud Desktop app on the new Mac Mini. Did you transfer or migrate any applications or files to the new computer?

       

      In addition to Kglad's suggestions, please see https://adobe.ly/410eGpd for additional solutions to resolve Error Code 1.
