Can't install the latest CC programs in Windows 8

I have my main office computer running Windows 8 Pro but cannot install the latest CC updates. But, I have a secondary, older system, with Windows 7 pro and I CAN install the the lates updates. Can anyone explain this or let me know if there is anything I can do to my Windows 8 Pro system so I can install the latest? And of course the 8 pro is the best/powerful system  I want to use...

Gourmetfishing, in addition to Bani's suggestion, please also see Re: Can't install the Adobe XD because. error 191 where Error 191 has been discussed.  Several individuals are reporting success installing Adobe XD after updating the Microsoft Store.

I accidentally found out that installing CC 2019 on Windows 7 and then basically copying its files to a Windows 8.1 system render the software completely usable. Although exporting breaks when you use advanced layers.

Hi Gourmetfishing,

As you have mentioned you are running Windows 8 on your computer and are unable to install Creative Cloud 2019 updates this is because Creative Cloud 2019 apps are available for Windows 7, Windows 10 or later. Windows 8.1 or early Windows 10 versions are not supported.

Please upgrade your computer's operating system to Windows 10 (Version 1703 to later) to install and use Creative Cloud 2019 apps.
