Can't Install the new version of PS

Hey 🙂


Whenever I attempt to install the new PS, nothing happens. No error message. There's no error message or anything, simply nothing happens. I don't get it ^^ 
Any ideas? Do i "need" the new version?

I have a similar problem, My copy of Photoshop is last version, but says it is updated, in creative cloud I appear to have the old and the new version. I can use latest version from the cloud, but the old version is still on my computer and has not updated.

Is the new Update an Update for an older Version of PS? So can I ignore it? I'm highly confused. The Logo is different, with the round edges.
