Can't install updates to PS CS5

Hi

I recently reinstalled my computer (Win7, 64bit) and before I uninstalled Photoshop I released my serial. But now after reinstall I can't update the software. I only get Error and the "Contant customer support" leaves a lot to wish for regarding support.

Would appreciate some help here

    But I would still like to know why the auto-update didn't.
