Can't install XD - Exit Code 123

I'm in the US so language is set to English (North America). Even tried setting to English International. I get installation failed (when trying to install using creative cloud.

Clicked on more information and received this...

Exit Code: 123

I am having the same...and my IT at work has told me NOT to upgrade to El Crap-itan

Sorry to hear you're encountering this problem.  Some questions:

* What OS version are you using?

* Does your Mac user account have admin rights?

* Are you using a proxy server?

Can you try the following steps?

1. Try deleting the contents of the following folder:  Mac HD/tmp/

You can get to it in Finder by selecting Go > Go To Folder > and type "/tmp" (no quotes)

2. Restart your machine (this will fully restart the Creative Cloud desktop app) and see if you're able to install XD.

OSX 10.10.5

I am the admin

No proxy server

I deleted all contents of the tmp folder and restarted and still no go. Received the following....

Exit Code: 123

FATAL: Error in parsing Application JSON.

ERROR: Error in stoping manager threads

Just a little update, i tried a few thing (with no results) but one message did change. It says "Installation Failed. The download appears corrupted. Please try to download again." Then I get the errors above when I click on more info.
