Can't launch After Effects in Creative Cloud? Acts like I haven't purchased it.

So I purchased Creative Cloud last night (just for After Effects). I had just come off the free trail so I uninstalled everything that was on my computer to re-download my newly purchased AF.

I even ran the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool.

I re-downloaded AF and it downloaded successfully. But then when I went to launch it, it asked me for either free trail (which I can not click on because I already used it last month) or licenses product.

From what I understand from reading the instructions on Creative Cloud, you don't need a licenses number for the product because it recognizes you from your account.  Plus adobe has never even e-mailed me if a license number if I needed one?

What gives? I’ve been having issues with Adobe all morning.....  And I can’t actually call their support until Monday, which will means two wasted days of a month -to month paid program.

What happens when you click on License this Product and enter the Adobe ID tied to your subscription?

It asks me for a product licenses number.
