Can't log in to my account with Chrome

Hi!

I don't know if this is posted in the right place, but I have a problem logging in to my adobe account using Google Chrome.

When I type in my username and password it will just sit and show me the spinner load indicator. After half an hour it's still there. Safari logs in instantly, same with Firefox. Chrome just won't work. I have tried to delete cookies, then reset and reinstall Chrome but nothing works.

Is there anyone else having this problem?

Chrome 32 on OS X Mavericks 10.9.1

    Hi, Erik.

I found the answer for this same problem for me. I had to disable this extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fix-url-links-redirect/ngcknmhpnonbbekommfpihpddphgiojd. There's something in the Fix URL Links Redirect that disable Adobe's authentication.

I hope it's as easy for you as just turning that off.

    Thanks,

    Stanford A. Griffith

Erik7890 what version of Chrome specificially are you using?   Also where exactly are you trying to navigate to within your Adobe account?

Chrome 32.0.1700.107 which is the latest version at the time I write this. I have had the problem for months though, so it has been with previous versions as well.

Where I log in does not matter. When I opened this thread just now from my email notification, it opened in chrome, and when I click in sign in at the top right, it just gets stuck after entering my credentials and confirming. The same happens when I go to adobe.com and choose to "Sign in to My Adobe". I have not been able to sign in anywhere from Chrome so far.

Erik7890 I am sorry but I was unable to duplicate the issue with Chrome 32.0.1700.107 under Mac OS 10.9.1.  I would recommend looking at your installed add-ons, plug-ins, security settings, and anti-virus software.  If you have reinstalled Chrome and are still experiencing difficulties then it is likely that one of these will be the cause.

Alternately you can utilize a different web browser when you wish to visit your account page.
