Can't log into Creative Cloud

Hi! I am trying to figure out why I cannot login to the Creative Cloud App on Windows 10 Chrome. I updated my password and still not able to get in. However, when I log into adobe.com it works fine.  What's going on? I really need to update one of the apps but can't get in. Whenever I login with my correct credentials, I get the following result:
