Can't log into creative cloud to install my apps -- Captcha not displaying despite supported browser

Hi,

 

I recently purchased a sub for Photoshop/Light Room, and when I went to try and download it, the window asked me to switch to a supported browser, so I updated Google Chrome and tried on FireFox and still same outcome. I am apparently not on a supported browser despite seemingly being on one.

 

Any advice?

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

 

if you have trouble downloading, use the alternative download site at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
