Can't logout with old account

Hello there

I've got a problem with Creative Cloud.

I want to give my sister as a birthdaygift the adobe applications for one year.

She downloaded Creative Cloud to use the testversion of Photoshop and she made a Adobe Account with a 10minute e-mail.

Now we've downloaded Creative Cloud and then we have to verify the old e-mail address, but we haven't access to this e-mail anymore.

Can you help me to login with the new Account/ to logout this account?

Peace out 😃

Ps. she has a mac book air.

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall

she needs to use a valid email address =  her adobe id.  using a 10 minute email address is problematic.

you (or she) needs to change her subscription.  using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
