Can't move an Acrobat Pro 2020 license from an old macbook to a new macbook

Hello, I bought a new macbook and want to move an Acrobat Pro 2020 license from the old macbook to a the new one.  So I deactivate the license on the old and tried to activate it on the new one, but it does not work. If I put the serial I get the pop-up message "Installation Failed Installer encountered an error that prevented installation. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance." If I put the email and pw, I get the pop-up window asking me if I want to start the trial period or buy it. Moreover I tried to re-activate Acrobat Pro 2020 on the old macbook but it asks for email and pw and then the window disappears and nothing happens. So now Acrobat Pro 2020 no longer works on either macbook!!!
