Can't obtain serial number from Adobe Licensing Web site

There is no information about my Adobe Acrobat serial number when I am logged with my AdobeID.

I am lucky, I found serial number in Puchase History page.  Thank for advice.

I have correct AdobeID, letter from LWS. I can log in LWS but don't have any information about my product serial number. I can see "Your Adobe licensing order has been processed" but nothing about serial number. I have to change computer but can't deactivate and activate product without serial number.

Have you tried making contacting thru chat as I indicated?
