can´t open downloade element says wrong serial number?

Can´t open downloaded Elemnts 12. program says wrong serial number although copied from e-mail from Adobe.

What shall I do??

    I have the same problem Kajsa. Let me know if you ever get an answer. Adobe's support sucks!
