Can't open photoshop CC - Adobe Application Manager pops up

Every time I try to open Photoshop CC (2015.5), a new window from Adobe Application Manager pops up. It says something along the lines of "validating license..." before it disappears then pops up and starts doing the same thing. I have trouble getting it to stop, and most importantly it won't let me open photoshop CC even though I am still subscribed through my one-year subscription. How do I fix this?

Try this feed. Sounds like the same issue:

Activation sign-in loop

I have the same issue, were you able to find a solution? The links people have sent of a thread don't lead to anything

Normally when this comes up, you just have to hit the "License this software" button for it to finalize the validation. It should disappear after that.

Thanks, but there are no buttons availble when the window pops up. It just keeps loading, and before it's finished the window disappears, then reappears, and the same thing happens again.
