Can't Open Premiere elements 25!

After purchasing and installing 25, it says I don't own it and won't start the program. I am a CC subscriber on my work profile, and use those products at work.  I also have a private profile with the same login information, and when I purchased 25 it showed up under my "personal' profile for some reason. I have the receipts and download link for 25, but when trying to open it after installing it i get the "Start Your Free Trial..." screen. See screenshot attached.

None of the options on that madatory screen lead to opening the program, i've tried them all.  Thinking it was somehow related to the fact that the program showed up under my personal profile, I chose the "log out and log in under a different account" button.  However, my business profile (CC user) and my personal profile use THE SAME LOGIN, so when i log in, it goes through the same protocols.

Give me a solution or refund my $$.  I should NEVER have uninstalled Elements 22 😞
