Can't open premiere pro from 'my apps'

I submitted the following to the support team and they closed the ticket without responsding. I'm frustrated as I can't even open the programmes I've paid for and downloaded. I've searched for answers but have only found answers to similar problems, can someone please help?

"I recently downloaded Premiere Pro, I can see it in my apps and installed area of creative cloud, but there is no way for me to open it that I can see. I can't click on the icon, and when I click on the cog, the only option is to uninstall. How do I open the programme?"

First question... do you have the required 64bit operating system?

Next... can you find the installed EXE on your hard drive to directly run the EXE?
