Can't purchase Premiere Pro

I'm trying to buy a one off monthly plan for Premiere Pro, but keep getting an error message saying: 'You already have this product' - But I don't have any plans installed, and can't pay so can't open Premiere. Can't get hold of anyone in customer service. Anyone else encountered this error and know how to fix it? Very annoying and zero support from Adobe available.
