Can't purchase subscription or contact support

I'e been trying for almost a week to purchase a creative cloud subscription while the special offer stands. I keep getting an incorrect billing info error despite the fact that my bank authorised payment twice. When I try to contact support I'm told they're closed and that I should try again during their operating hours. The problem is, every time I've tried to contact support has been during the specified operating hours. I've tried to make contact nearly every hour of the day for some time now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This is your second discussion on this subject. Somewthing is wrong with the billing and or your email address.

     

    As for billing it could be your CC info does not match your country of origin. Like you are in one part of the world but your CC is from some other place. You have to Fix that.

     

    What part of the worls are you in and what part of the world is your CC listed as?

    I've checked my billing info and email address and it's all been correct.
