Can't purchase subscription or contact support
I'e been trying for almost a week to purchase a creative cloud subscription while the special offer stands. I keep getting an incorrect billing info error despite the fact that my bank authorised payment twice. When I try to contact support I'm told they're closed and that I should try again during their operating hours. The problem is, every time I've tried to contact support has been during the specified operating hours. I've tried to make contact nearly every hour of the day for some time now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
