I am trying to re-load my cd of Photoshop Elements 9 after a crash. It was included in my bundle SN < Serial number removed by Moderator > and it tells me this is an invalid SN.

    Hi valbakk,

The serial number you provided is not a valid serial number.

Did you purchase it from Adobe or any of the authorised resellers?

I was not able to decode the serial number.

I got it with a Dell bundle. Here is a pic of the SN:

Valbakk please refrain from attempting to post your serial number as this is a public forum.  You are welcome to contact our support team directly to verify the validity of your serial number.  For the best assistance, I recommend our chat support at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.  Our chat representatives can provide a personalized experience to resolve the issue you have described.

You may also want to contact Dell as well since they likely provided you with a bundled version of Elements.
