Can't Read Japanese...Help!

When I download the free trials all the set up of windows turns in Japanese language, though I am in Japan, but I can read difficult Japanese or Kanji's I can't use anyone there knows how to set up the language setting?

Cynthiam43136477 which Adobe software or service are you trying to install?  Which operating system are you using?  Finally what is the language setting of the operating system?
