Can't registrate because of no internet

I've installed Premiere Eelemts 15 and want to registrate my license. I get the message there is no internet, but I have internet as ususal. What can be wrong?

Where did you obtain PR Elements 15? It's very old and Adobe hasn't sold that version for several years.

I bought it 4 years ago. I use it once a year so it's okay for me. But now I reinstalled my computer, so I need the do the registration again.

Turn off Firewall and Anti-Virus and see if that helps.

But I don't use a browser for it, it is in the the software when I start.
