can't reinstall acrobat standard 11

Can anyone help please? I upgraded my laptop and thought I could download my Adobe Acrobat 11Standard to it. I still have my account and serial number, but there's nothing in plans and products to download. This morning I've been hours trying and abysmally failing to get customer support from Adobe, but it's as if the blind is leading the blind and I'm being sent around in circles and still don't have my software. Without presumption thank you in advance.
