Can't reinstall Adobe Creative Suite CS6

I had to uninstall CS6 and now I can't reinstall it. My computer says another copy is installed even though we uninstalled it through the control program. What do I need to do to get this error to go away.

    double check that everything cs6 is uninstalled, run the cleaner per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 and then try installing.
