Can't reinstall any programs

Recently I had to uninstall creative cloud as every time I tried loading it - my computer would get stuck and nothing would happen. So, I followed a bunch of clean up options, uninstalled Creative Cloud and the creative cloud apps... Now when I go to reinstall, I get an error saying that I cannot connect to the servers (I have gone through the trouble shooting on this), and ERROR 500 code, and a "contact support if the problem persists."

All I want to do is download and reinstall?
