Can't reinstall creative cloud

Hi all,

My Creative Cloud suite was working fine until today, when all the apps started crashing upon opening. I got a blank white screen when I tried to load the CC desktop app. I followed the advice on this forum to uninstall all CC products then reainstall the CC desktop app, but now I can't even do that. When I double click the installer, the link it sends me to times out.

Has anyone got any advice for me? I can't work without Photoshop/Lightroom!

Thanks.

I cannot load the server test page https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/vact/ping - it returns a 400 Bad Request message. I have tried this on multiple browsers/internet connections.

I have checked my HOSTS file - there is nothing in it.

The TLS link you sent seems to refer only to Windows 7? I'm on a mac.

Willc, I reviewed your account and it looks like you are located in the UK.  Do you use Plusnet as your Internet service provider?  If so see https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/plusnet-authentication-problem/m-p/13039146#M554589 for a possible solution to your connection errors.

If manually adding the Plusnet Domain Name Server to the Network settings does fix your issue, please contact Plusnet so that they can correct this error for their subscribers, Willc.

Hi Axel,

I use Macbook Pro 2018 15-inch, on Monterey OS.

I don't get an error message when trying to install CC desktop app, the page just times out.
