Can't reinstall previous version of photoshop (work computer) Mac OS 10.11.2

I can't find a way to install an older version of Photoshop on my work laptop after an uninstall of Photoshop.

My work machine is a 2012 MacBook Pro limited to MacOS 10.11.2.

I've been running a 2018 version of Photoshop through Creative Cloud 4.9.0.504.

After running into an issue where (I think) a failed Camera Raw update broke Photoshop (file not found when opening jpgs), IT support told me to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop through the Creative Cloud app.

However, after uninstalling, I only see Photoshop as "not compatible" in my app list. There's no install button or drop-down to find older versions. The three-dot button on the right just has a "learn more" link to compatibility information.

Is there a simple solution to this? Frankly, our IT department seems relatively clueless about Adobe CC.

Disregard. Just saw the policy update about availability of previous versions.
I guess this is a problem for corporate IT.
