Can´t remove VAT number, has anyone else managed solve this?

I´ve been in contact with the Adobe support multiple times over several weeks (maybe months even) without result so I hope someone here can help me out.

I want to buy Lightroom 6 but need to remove the VAT number on checkout (it is associated with a company I don´t work for anymore and I want to personally own the software). It clearly says that I should contact support with this issue, which I have, and they promise time and time again that it will be resolved in a few days (or sometimes a few weeks) but nothing happens.

Has anyone else had this problem and managed to solve it?

    Hi Sheena!

    Your efforts did not work I´m afraid, the VAT number is still there. Do you need anything else from me to remove it?
