Can't renew my subscription

My subscription to a Creative Cloud plan expired. I've been trying to renew my subscription over the past two days. I am able to input my credit card details but upon clicking 'Confirm', I am left with nothing. The page never prompts any confirmation that a subscription has renewed. As such I am unable to use Photoshop CC 2017 or any of my other updated apps. How can this be resolved. Does this have anything to do with my location (Philippines/Southeast Asia) or my card details? I am using a VISA card and I've already tried 2 cards - both of which failed. Please reply promptly.

Hi Pnarogeliomd,

Sorry for a late response!

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. The subscription under this ID has been canceled.

In order to use the services again, you will have to purchase a new subscription.

For plans, see: Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud

You may also Contact Customer Care for help and support.

Feel free to update the thread for more questions.

Thanks
