Can't rollback to previous version in Creative Cloud

A recent update completely destroyed the usability of Premiere Pro, and as I have deadlines coming up I attempted to roll back to the last working version in Creative Cloud. However, when I followed instructions to click on the dropdown menu next to the app's icon, no option for "Other versions" was there.

Digging further into the app's page, and clicking on the current version number reveals that there are no other versions I can roll back to.

I cannot work with Premiere Pro in the state that 14.1 is in, but I also cannot physically roll back the program at all.

I am on Windows.
